- Inspection of the electrical installations by certified electricians
- Preventive maintenance program and intervention
- Management of extension and renovation work
Furniture installation and implementation of home related services
We work in close collaboration with a selection of trustful professional partners. We provide you with “à la carte” services. You will benefit from preferential rates for their services, but also for the purchase of furniture. All arrangements and setting up are carried out under our close supervision.
Selection of schools
As part of a relocation, we guide you to kindergartens, primary and secondary schools for your children. According to your requirements, you have the choice in terms of schooling. English speaking with the International Baccalaureate and the Higher School Certificate (HSC), or French-speaking with the BAC, we accompany you in your decision.
We can also refer extracurricular activities for your children, according to their preferences. Swimming, horse riding, kite surfing, football, rugby, tennis, and archery among many others; we will guide you to clubs near their schools or your place of residence.
House staff recruitment
Through the years, we built ourselves a wide network of contacts. We know where to unearth the staff who will fit your requirements, in terms of both skills as in terms of language spoken, living close to your place of residence.
