The resort commenced full operations in 2020 and is situated on 9,044 m². Following three successful tourist seasons and increasing demand, the resort is expanding with an additional 5 luxurious villas and 12 residences on already acquired land plots – a turnkey project developed on 11,446 m², fully managed and operated under the resort brand. The luxury villas

The new development presents five luxury 4- and 5-bedroom villas in attractive waterfront locations within the existing resort. These villas boast net selling areas ranging from 353 to 395 m², complete with swimming pools, jacuzzis, and expansive multi-purpose indoor areas per villa, equipped for a range of activities such as fitness, wellness classes, a game/play area, cinema, or a meeting room. Each villa is situated on plots ranging from 845 to 1,450 m², and they are designed using local and natural materials like sustainably-sourced wood, terracotta tones, and stone finishes.
